I don't see how you can state with any certainty that the thing needs replacing. If a nail went into the box and contacted a bus, but did no other damage. Pulling the nail out may well be all that is needed.

I'd suggest a statement that it should be inspected by an appropriate individual. Stating that it needs to be replaced is not something you can possibly know to be true based on what you posted.

But, there's still the metal bent inward from the punture and the hole in the plastic bus backing plate.
