Look like pipe to me. Darn straight for SEC and it's round so it would be a SER. Unless my eyes are deceiving me I will go with conduit.

I thought so to but look at the second picture. You can see what looks like PVC from a hot box. Must be board who would think something like this would keep us talking. Semper Fi.
