We cannot tell if the dorm area is greater than 12' it could be!

Hey that's great. Thanks for the post. I'll definitely read up on it before changing our website again.

One thing I found in digital editing and placing text is that if you give the graphics an outline (letters, lines, arrows, etc.) you can give them that outline in a contrasting color so that even black text shows up against black background, white on white, etc. In Microsoft you can do it with Word Art or font formatting and paste it into whatever you are doing. Not a mac person so can't speak for that.
