Carefully drill a 3/8" hole into the top side of the conduit about every ten feet and then empty a can of expanding foam into each hole, rattling curred.

Except for one thing, EMT is inside the concrete wall from main panel to disconnect switch, and EMT runs throug the top of electrical panel and comes down from the ceiling at elevator room, everything is inside concrete walls.
:D

No - first time I went to it - it said it had 'been removed' second time it worked :confused: - The cable tray one is pretty apt... But extreme...

I think this one is closer. The conductor on the left.
Very amazing how the wires move, I send one video to my customer and explained him that the cost of ordering the twisted wires, will be more expensive than the previous bid, now I waiting for the decision they will take, thanks everybody for all your help on this issue.

Bob - have you done this? I assume you megged it? And used a rare earth magnets and a vaccum to draw chips away from the hole while drilling? With or without the conductors? Energized or not? Is there a listed/approved duct sealing foam? Once filled - is it still a 'raceway'?

Add the binding tape... And 5 gallons of soap.... FYI - I'm not sure where you are at - but it took me several weeks of beating supply houses against eachother to locate who could do it. Definately get a quote before you price off the cuff - if I remember right my shipping was pricey....

Yeah that video is weird about loading for some reason.. did you noticed the current being used? 50,000 amps!!

The way the wire repels in waves is what caught my attention.

I think iwire was being facetious when he suggested drilling the holes in the conduit. :D

Hi Bob,

As e57 noted, for some reason it doesn't always load right away, just refresh your browser or click the link again and it will play. :-?
