No, I'm trying to find some sort of listing for them.

A typewritten, photocopied-converted-to-pdf file really doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling, though. Anyone with a word processor could have come up with that. If it's the real thing, looks like you need to use rigid conduit.

I did not notice any UL listing for the box and cover as an assembly. It may be there somewhere, but not to be found in the manual I accessed on the site.
I also did not notice the manual you seem to have found.

Only thing I can find, besides their catalog, is this, which doesn't help much.

I especially like the last two sentences:
