400A service with (2) 200A panels

I have a 400A service rated ats feeding (2) 200A panels in the basement. Just want to verify it meets code. I'm using parallel conductors

The ground rods are in at the ats and it's a 4 wire going down to the 2 panels

The connection between the connector and the enclosure is not without a sealing washer. At least one manufacturer of PVC male adapters has a sealing washer for there connectors that will give it the required rating to be installed above the live parts.

I also ran #2 in parallel for the neutral as per 250.102 (c)(1) I had to fight for every inch in these conduits.. it was originally going to be a 200 a service
