Thanks for the pic/link. Is that the micro switch that goes in the Amerex control?
When I said I had never seen one, I meant one for the Amerex or Ansul etc.

I've seen/used many micro switches like the one pictured in the link. I just thought the micro switch for the system would look different than an ordinary SPDT switch.

That is an ansul. In my personal experience all brands are this style single or double. That is for a small kitchen system as yours.

I have not seen one that was not a pretty average "Microswitch" which by the way fits in the list with Kleenex, Coke, Romex. I believe "Microswitch" is a brand of Honeywell, and you are technically misusing that name if it is not a genuine "Microswitch".
