Well our bending operation with a $6.88 Wal-Mart toaster and plywood jig was such a success, we decided to scale it up and make it another division of the company providing bending services to others. We now have bigger toasters, bigger jigs and bigger pipe:

On a serious note, to update everyone on our bending, we scrapped the plywood jig. It was deforming the pipe at the bends and just did not look good (enough). I drew up a jig in Autocad and had a sheave manufacturer tool us a die. It's working great. I just ordered two other blocks to form and hold the ends in place while it cools. It's working very well. What I needed was something good enough to send to NRTL and we now have that.
