Are you advocating Unions ...where it is possible for JW to travel freely between States ?

Actually anyone can travel freely between states as long as they hold the applicable licenses and find someone who will hire them. Even union members have to be licensed in the state they are working in if so required.

you guys are not realy understanding what is being said. So, let me explain to you that yes i am an electrical contractor.Yes, I believe that each state should have an electrical exam.

What state are you working in and what is your problem or complaint?

Are you trying to hire out of state people that don't have a license? If so, why?

Yes, I believe that the supervisor running the job should have that states quilafacations by means of jouymans certicate or master electrican classification, but I dont believe every man on the job should have a state license.
What? Did you mean any state license or that particular state license. I am confused because unlike all of the really smart Bozo electricians currently searching for a planet (stay away from Krypton!) I will not be able to build my own rocket as I am of limited interstate not intergalactic intelligence so would you please clarify!
