For the restaurants sake I hope the wiring is up to code.

They gave us a walk-through of the kitchen (the waiters' side) on the way to the table. We all looked up, and joked about it, but we couldn't get close enough to see the hood system.

We didn't see anything out-of-sorts, but we didn't really try that hard. I checked out the men's room. We were all hungry by the time we got there. PJ and I were fashionably late.
