ty for the update. Speaking of which, unless it's in the 11 or 14 NEC, I do not see a code section in Article 332 regarding the part of your reply I placed in bold, just supported every 6' (332.30) and grouped together (332.31)

That could be a manufacturer's requirement, or even a local amendment.

After hearing about it I too have checked for that, in the 14 specificly and did not see it.

As far as it being a local amendment I am in NYC if anyone is familiar. In any case i think it will make for a much neater job being as the cables dont exactly stick together

Does the pullbox need to stay accessible?
Yes basement side is going to have a 2hr closet built around it with some other equipment inside as well. Other side is in the ceiling of the 2nd floor with 2hr walls and a 2 hour access door.
