No bull I have seen it many times.Oh that`s all I had at the time .I meant to go back as the smoke makes your eyes tear.
As far as bad breakers we had a huge amount of homeline 2p30`s that out of the box would not reset.Shipped back 100`s and that was the last of it

Re: Neutral on the ground bar?

Thanx for your replies fellas,no I am not the friend in question and I never even bothered to go check it out after the guy done his thing. Actually it was my elderly outlaws I mean inlaws house and it was their nephew who had worked and retired from maintenance in the local paper mill that had done the work and trouble shooting. All I heard was what my wife told me. First they wanted me to look at it and I was still at work but said I would after I got off. Well when I got off I found that they had called and talked to the nephew and mentioned the problem and here comes his nothing else better to do butt over to the rescue. After this I got a serious attitude towards the situation and left it at that. Nothing smokes my *** more than to ask me to look at something and then get someone else to do it.So good bad or ugly they got what they got.LOL
