The 130v you mentioned for surge suppressor in earlier post is its maximum operating voltage. Its clamp voltage is different and higher. May be given on name plate. What is its value?

I don't think so, but she has called about every electrician in the area. Someone got to her with a new security system the last I heard, but she leaves the doors unlocked.
