Plastic bushing

That does happen often it seems like. Still we make sure we have a good bushing when we are complete.

We usually remove the bushings and reinstall after the pull. If the puller is set up right the wire never really touches the end of the pipe. If not, 90% of the time the plastic bushing will break off.

Are you installing them for show? I'd rather have them in before I pull to help protect the wire as it's being pulled.

Not for show. I install them for code compliance.

So now you destroy the wire and save the bushing.!!

Yeah those metal bushings with the plastic insert that nose of the condcutors rips out when it comes through the bushing. :roll:

see pics, I'm pretty sure that's what happened here and nobody bought an extra for after the wire pull.

My point, exactly! Duct tape, cardboard, and a pulling sheave all work better than the P.B.
