Pulling Socks

You completely misunderstand what we are talking about. Pulling grips or socks are used for pulling large conductors through conduit. They allow the conductors to be attached to a pull rope.

It's not bad to make your own head, but it's faster and easier to use a sock. I've done both and will do both depending on the job. We haven't got to the topic of making your own sock yet. I do that too.
