I've run into some very basic ranges that had the typical 120/240 supply terminal block with removeable bond link in the neutral, yet had no load neutral conductor landed on it. These had no oven light no timers. Just four basic infinite control switches for surface elememts and a basic oven thermostat.Bosch is the only range I know of that doesn't use Neutral to power their controls, fans, or even some convection elements.
