The Mrs. is 100% Sicilian...her parents are fresh off the boat from Sicily...I can assure you it's SAUCE.

I just had some homemade:
- manicotti
- eggplant parm
- sausage and peppers
- chicken parm

Potatoe Gravy? ...maybe vodka

Even though I'm a northern boy, biscuits and sausage gravy is my favorite breakfast. With two eggs on top, hash browns, and sausage links.

I can feel my arteries hardening just thinking about it.

I'm married to a second generation Italian girl who sometimes calls tomato sauce gravy.

I didn't know there were so many ways to cook a noodle until I married an Italian.
