Post #42- statistical analysis shows fault current 125% of the magnetic pickup clears parellel arcing over 99% of the time.

Arcing may be chaotic, but its strike angle and conductance in the sine wave is prolonged enough and of low enough impedance to present significant current magnitudes such that available short circuit current is the predominate predictor of arcing current.

Can you clarify which standard breaker passed those table requirements?

At this point in time NEC requires AFCI protection using AFCI listed devices. Theory beyond that does not solve the OPs problem.
Hopefully when a solution is reached he post a thread or a PM.
