So being an inspector and also not knowing when this was installed, as nice as this is, you could be getting a correction notice from me.400 amp feed thru panel:

I was taught something like that "Don't do a job that you can't sign saying I did that". The craftsmanship one puts into their work is their signature.
Unfortunately, with many of the things I do for my own house I would have to put an asterisk on the signature, saying in the footnote that I will be back in a few years to finish the job.I was taught something like that "Don't do a job that you can't sign saying I did that"

Is there even any MWBC's installed in that photo? Looks like there are a lot of neutral conductors for all the circuits to be MWBC anyway, maybe there is one or two MWBC's. And there isn't even enough visible in the left panel to make any comment on this as being a possible issue.A guess: 2005 NEC, so 210.4(D) {2008} is not applicable.
210.4(D) oh and I did say "could".May I ask what that could be?

So they are. I probably would sign it now as long as they're identified. As stated under the 2005 not applicable. With a new code change under the 2014 this would be code compliant without grouping the MWBC's since each conductor is individually numbered.

Yeah that and a buck will get me a soda at McDonalds. It's pretty clear you enjoy the little authority your job gives you. Congrats
