Or I could drive.
It is 268 miles from my house to Germantown.
I could leave early Saturday and go home on Sunday....I hate the traffic on I-95...maybe it will not be too bad this time of year.

This would be about $100.00 in gas and tolls. the flight would be about $350.00 HMMMMMM which is better? LONG drive/less money or flight/MORE money.

I guess I should start up the collection hat now.
I could take you in the service truck if you dont mind invoices and lots of coffee cups. Leave sat morn stay over one night stop in AC casinos for 15 min be home sun night before 9.

Pierre,
You could venture about 5 minutes off the NJ Turnpike and pick me up on the way down. I'll share the costs.

I doubt you would spend much more time on a 300 mile road trip than you would on a flight. The closest airport here is about 40 minutes and I am sure it is different where you are, but I can barely fly for less time than that by the time you factor in airport formalities and rides to and from.

I have not voted yet but when a time is set I might be able to. My parents live in So. Maryland so I can break up the trip in parts and see them but it still about a 2 hr drive from there. I would have to be able to make it a long weekend.

480sparky has gone above and beyond anything I could do or hope for in setting up a web page for replying to the meet and greet.

PLEASE PLEASE go to this website and respond to the email it would simplify things for me.

Thanks. I picked June 20th for a M&G in Minneapolis. My thinking is to spread them out by a couple months. That way, if someone can't attend one, they have a bit of time to try attending another if they're between two sites.

I also added an email account for any correspondence relating to the above site.

meet_and_greet@q.com

Please send any information you have about this to that email.

Anyone want to tackle Atlanta, Dallas or Portland?

I don't think there's much to do, really. Pick a date, time, and a location (hotel, restaurant, city park, county jail). Maybe book a conference room or a private dining room at a restaurant, assemble a list of attendees.
