If those doors are standard heighth doors, it looks like some of those breakers violate 240.24(A).

It was a retro to change out an FPE panel. It passed with no problem. There was pipe for the feeder in the wall so it couldn't be lowered any more then that.

Nice. I used to do all my panels like that. Now I've sped things up a bit, but still try to make them look professional. One of the advantages to them is working in them later on. You can easily take all the hots, pull them forward as a group and get clear access to the neutrals and grounds.
